Option to hold error/warning screen longer than 9 seconds. #243

Suggested Feature

The keyboard instructions below the error/warning screen should start with "Press … to pause," preferably space bar, unless that could be misinterpreted as confirmation for the next dialog if typed too late. That way, people who are new to rEFInd and RefindPlus (like me) and are confused by sudden time pressure have the most important info first: How to stop the time pressure.

Background Information

I tried RefindPlus in QEMU and was greeted with an error message that I couldn't understand within 9 seconds, so I was confused by the next screen appearing. I only remembered QEMU's pause feature after I already made a screenshot. On real hardware, neither would have been available.

Additional Context

It was the warning about missing config file because install instructions didn't tell me where to put it. I'll PR that once I figured it out. This also means the config file hint "(Does not proceed automatically)" probably is incorrect for x64-RefindPlus_001402-AD.
