Inputs and outputs

Hi,

Thanks for such tool. I wrote on Vamb github (RasmussenLab/vamb#464) where Simon suggested to use TaxVamb.

I think it would be great to provide examples of input to run TaxVamb and example of inputs (and the corresponding output) for taxconverter.

The installation worked well with a python 3.11 environment and the git + pip install . I moved the clades file to my conda environment as I got an error (clades.tsv was not found). After these different operations, taxconverter seemed to work well but I mostly have "- ID not found".
