IRC Channel Created

Hi,

I hope you don't mind, but I've created and unofficial channel on libera.chat -- #tuckr -- so that others who might prefer IRC can chat about this project.

I'm not precious about the ownership but because I use IRC a lot, I figured I'd start this now to see where things went.

I don't use IRC that often. I don't even know if there's much of a community to have an IRC channel for this. Personally I don't really care what you do as long as you state it's unofficial.

What I can promise is a mechanism to direct people to filing issues, etc., were they to come across the IRC channel.

For me, this covers all basis and hopefully helps you out.

I wouldn't want to be over-stepping the mark here. Just let me know...

If you run into bugs plz file issues yes. If you guys wanna submit PRs, I'm open to it as long as the PRs are sensible and not just an AI dump for me to waste time fixing. Like I said, I don't really care if you set up a community for it and decide to help people using it.
