devtools installation of CleanR not working with build_vignettes = TRUE

For installation I had to change the default `devtools::install_github("RadicalCommEcol/CleanR", build_vignettes = TRUE)` to `devtools::install_github("RadicalCommEcol/CleanR", build_vignettes = FALSE)`

I may lack some R packages to build the vignettes but the error didn't tell which ones.
