Hi, Thanks for your question. Unfortunately we do not have anndata objects in the current public version. However you can use the code and generate the anndata later, e.g. adata_h = sc.AnnData(model.return_cleaned(sample_variance=1500)) if you want to use it together with tools like scanpy Perhaps in the future we may add some of the features that you mention.
