Support logging

To simplify future debug, it would be nice to have some logging enabled. Probably we would need several levels of logging to filter.

I suggest using Quill. I did a mini-research and came to the conclusion that spdlog is loses in terms of speed to Quill. Quill is also no less convenient and customizable. I also considered alternatives, but abandoned them for various reasons: Nanolog (uses the old C format), Binlog (creates logs in binary format, must be converted before reading).
