Using adventure for messages

There is many places you could use adventure/text for messages instead of Bukkit, but unsure if that is something you want? ( I see now its only used for the PGM implementations )

Definitely something that's in the pipeline. Due to some incompatibility/rush in the original environment the plugin was created in the translation/text system is something that needs work.
