How to contribute to the project?

Hi guys,
I'm working on getting public transport-related data for a project I'm working on and would like to somehow find a platform to make it available openly for other developers/consumers. Currently I'm working on dataset from Singapore public subway system that I extracted and filtered from OSM.

Is this project still active and open to contributions?

It will become active again soon I hope. For now, I'm trying to get the station in Belgium in a list. That's what I'm doing over here: http://github.com/iRail/stations. Maybe it's an interesting idea to follow our example?
