Description
The subsection Forking the ASVS duplicates content from the subsection Flexibility with the ASVS.
It can be moved directly after the Flexibility subsection, and the forking info removed from the Flexibility subsection (referencing the Forking subsection instead).
The PR #3320 suggests a change for that.
