Broken link to Threat Modeling project not picked up by URL check action

The link to the Threat Modeling project pages
https://owasp.org/www-project-threat-model/
is now
https://owasp.org/www-project-threat-modeling/
to align with the project name of 'Threat Modeling'

This link was changed more than 3 weeks ago so I am not sure why this was not picked up in the ASVS project link-checker github action:
URL Checker
which ran on November 30th and did not detect this broken link

Thanks for the heads up, I just noticed the link checker failed so I opened #3311 to address this
