[16.0] project_timesheet_time_control: The stopwatch isn't running

Describe the bug
When I press a button to start the timer, either from the project or the timesheet, I get an error message that says: "Two timers were found running. There is no way to know which one to stop. Please stop them manually."

However, the module is newly installed, and there shouldn't be another timer running.

Expected behavior
This error shouldn't appear since I just installed the module, and I should be able to see the running timer somewhere.
