Take down old documentation

The old (OpenErp v7 area) documentation https://open-upgrade.readthedocs.io/ is still up and referenced by search engines.

It's confusing.

I think it could be solved by:

• HTTP 301 Moved Permently to https://oca.github.io/OpenUpgrade/ (I do not know if it's possible with readthedocs.io )
• add a disclamer "You are reading an unmaintained version of the project. Check out the latest url " in the old pages

[EDIT 22/10/25] changed the first clickable link to en/stable/API.html instead of / 404. Cf first answer

I was on this one (still active) https://open-upgrade.readthedocs.io/en/stable/API.html

The github link in the page point to this current repo (oca/openupgrade) branch 7.0

Agreed. I submitted a support request at Readthedocs.org.

Readthedocs support came back to me today, saying they'll be contacting the current owner of the site, and if they don't hear back, they will transfer the ownership to us so we can configure a redirect.
