[Recommendations]: Return "Open to LAN" button by default.

What is the issue?

Open to LAN button is missing, and i think, 1.3 gui version not so bad. (But my opinion).

To Reproduce

1. Load world.
2. No button.

(My pc sucks at generation of world.)

Additional Context

I'm stupid, i can just make a 1.3 gui. Buuuuut, maybe somebody not know about "NT" (Like me). And still wants that option.
