Measurement Test Might Fail With “CAN No Response“ Error

The setup stage of the measurement streaming test **`test_measurement.py:test_stream`** might fail with a “CAN No Response“ error (**`502`**). As far as I can tell this happens only after **`test_incorrect_state.py`** was executed.
