adding or re-running specific subjects

One of my subjects failed to run because their subject number contained the same digit string as one of my anatomical keys ("300"). After trying to work around this and re-run this subject, I was not able to find a fully successful way to re-run this one subject and have it added into the existing BIDS data structure. I believe a user who converts a partial data set and tries to add more data later would encounter this issue as well.

Partial dataset conversion definitely should be a feature. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to work on it last summer. I have labeled it for feature requests and I hope it will be added soon.
