Integrate MDH with MMT / MiTM

• As a first step, we should generate the MDDL json from MiTM
• We should then integrate STeX / Active Document Portal into the interface
• Potentially provide a guided tour of some sort

Michael mentioned we should focus on STeX implementation during the next workshop, and work on interface integration.
