Ability to set a trigger for completing a certain number of quests #810

Description of Feature
Currently, you can set the require parameter and quest options, but this will always require completing all selected quests. There needs to be an option to set the number of quests that need to be completed. For example, I have 7 quests, of which 6 are regular and one is the final quest. Currently, I tie 6 quests to the final quest, but I would like to be able to set at least 3 of the 6 to be completed, for example, to unlock the final quest.
