Is there a way to send multitouch events?

Hi. Sorry if this question isn't relevant to the project, but I figured you'd be knowledgeable on the subject. Say I wanted to make an app to remote-control my mac (like using my Apple Watch as a trackpad), but instead of sending Mouse scroll events like existing apps in the market (Remote Mouse), I wanted to send trackpad scroll events. Do you think this would be possible?

In the end, if scrolling is performed, I think the difference between a trackpad and a mouse is trivial, but is there any reason why it has to be a trackpad?
