Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to be able to send an outstanding needs communication notification on a less routine schedule, such as once a week, but still need the job to run every day for scheduled needs and snooze capabilities.
Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to set how often the outstanding needs communication is sent separately from the job just running and sending it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
You can run multiple instances of the same job with different notification templates setup or even disabled completely but it is not intuitive to have the same job setup multiple times.
Context
Please provide any relevant information about your setup. This is important in case the issue is not reproducible except for under certain conditions.
