B: Arena Import Issue - Scheduled Transactions missing SourceTypeValueId #25

Expected Behavior
Scheduled transactions imported from Arena to have the correct source value id from the transaction source defined type
Current Behavior
SourceTypeValueId field is null
Failure Information (for bugs)
We ran into this after LGO's migration. When they tried to use giving analytics, some peoples totals were wrong. The totals on their person profile contribution tab was correct. Tracked it down to the source filter on giving analytics. From there, found that the SourceTypeValueId in the FinancialTransaction table was null but it was all transactions with a ScheduledTransactionId. Looked at the FinancialScheduledTransactions table and saw that migrated transactions were missing the SourceTypeValueId but scheduled transactions created directly in Rock all had values.
