Insufficient context information and wrong placement of issues on homework problems #835

I am looking at issue #746 which seems like something I should fix (or at least verify) but as it is is completely unhelpful, since it does not allow me to find the problem.
The root cause is -- I suspect that this is a homework problem which was born as a json (so the lack of context is no wonder). I wonder if we could extend the json (or dig deeper into it) to get the problem URL (which is what is missing here to place the issue in the SMAI problems repository (where I suspect it belongs) and to link to at least the sources.
