Is this package still maintained?

I'm trying to make JuliaGNSS functions: https://github.com/JuliaGNSS work with SampledSignals, and to do that I might need to modify SampledSignals

I haven't had time to actively maintain SampledSignals. It's used in PortAudio.jl and LibSndFile.jl, which AFAIK are still actively used, but honestly I wouldn't expect substantial new features or particularly quick turnaround times on PR reviews.
