index/category pages: posts hidden below the footer

If a given index/category page has enough content to exceed 100% viewport height, then the bottom part of content will be inaccessible, covered by the footer.

Some margin-bottom/padding-bottom in the content area should fix this.

Looks like there's no content class in the index/category pages.
