error when building on windows 10

im trying to compile with VS2022 on the latest version of windows 10 and my log is full of errors even after building the deps correctly i think.

so first i ran build_win64 in git bash to build windows deps and then i tried to open the solution and build it from there.
this is what i get:

i tried running make in git bash but instead it cant find systemshock to build it

i once tried to build with VS2022 as well, but due to the nature of cross platform projects i got a similar result full of errors. id recommend taking the usual route just using cmake and make
