Add item for locating nodes within a certain range

## Usage

Player right clicks to trigger the item, a formspec will then prompt them to place a copy of the node to lookup

The item should then look around the player for a matching node, or perform a fuzzy lookup (in case of nodes from YATM or other stateful types)

A waypoint should be added for each node found (with some limit to avoid flooding the player's dashboard)
