A proper CLI

There are several things we could improve in the way the CLI works

- `chimi [glob1] [globN]` instead of `chimi -f [glob1]`
- allow subcommands
  - help (only works as a flag)
  - init (?)
  - maybe in the future we'll have some other like interactive mode
