Remove layeringOrder from the codebase #384
Description
layeringOrder is a column in the data table.
It's a relic of the past, and is currently unused.
This affects the data table and all usages of layeringOrder. By default new sources just get it set to 1 when they are added to the data table, and it is not used by either the back end nor front end for positioning layers.
