Add degree years according to the user input

Do this only after #26 is done.

• Display degree years according to the user start year and end year (e.g. if start year = 2022 and end year = 2024, display years from 2022, 2023, 2024 with the following format)
• Add 2 rows for each year: "Semester 1" first row and "Semester 2" second row

Currently it is all set to "2021" and only "Semester 2" in each year:
