Iirc, this had to do with the sweeping edge enchant. I don't have anything more than that currently, but I will test/keep an eye on console until I see it and figure out what happened. (Confirmed that I got the error as late as 3 days ago)

I had someone apply enchants to books, hoping a sweeping edge one would come quickly, and I realized it started throwing errors right away. Happens with all enchants. http://paste.bear-nation.net/ajati

He tried in both creative and survival, happened in both, and enchanted at max level.
