[User feedback] Virtual keyboard not getting invoked after tapping the "Add recipient" button

Description: It is reported by the user that, the virtual keyboard does not appear when trying to add recipients to a secure email. It is randomly happening based on the user's description.

In my investigation, the virtual keyboard won't appear in case such options is disabled. However, its not the case for the reporting user:

The user has politely declined further troubleshooting, so a GitHub issue should be created for internal review.

I think this can be closed, as no other users have reported this issue. I've also checked during regular daily use, and the virtual keyboard consistently pops up on my test device(s) every time.
