Migrating to angular 7.0.2

Angular team released angular 7.0.2 few days back and it is very stable now.
As we migrated to angular 7.0.0-beta.7 from angular 5 because that time it was latest, we can now migrate to the final version without any hassle. I heard few team did it in few minutes like less then an hour and I think it should be like that as all pre works are done.

Below are works might be needed.

• Just update the version number to from 7.0.0-beta.7 to '7.0.2' and test the code.
• See in the wiki page for angular 7 migration and verify that if bug fixed for external library is ready
• See if any code can be improved
