fullscreen fix

When i launch enigma then game is not in fullscreen, but in a window. And when i go to settings then it say fullscreen yes, but app is still in a window. Then i click button fullscreen from yes to no and to yes then i click ok button and game close itself and nothing happen. Then if i go to video settings inside game then click fullscreen button to yes then click ok button and game switch to fullscreen normally. But if i close game and reopen game then it is back into a window. my system is windows 11 x64

It's frustrating. The game's SDL2 rendering methods are likely very outdated, hence 30FPS-like performance depending on your Windows version (worked fine on Windows 7 IIRC), buggy resolution changing and windowed/fullscreen toggle not working right.
Please fix
