Add modifier key to interact with panels

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable FishingBuddy
2. Enable Map Fish
3. Drag Fish around to spot it.
4. See problem.

Note: Unticking Drag fish can not be a solution but a workaround which I don't prefer, I would like to drag Time of Day and Fish Window at will without changing options.

This background only shows up when you have drag enabled. This shows the max size, if all fish were shown for any one zone (49, 21 max from any zone achievement and 14 each from saltwater & world class)

Turn off dragging after you have moved the panel to the desired location.

I would like to be able to keep dragging it around without having to go to options and enable dragging all the time. While doing so I don't want to have that black shade blocking my gameplay and clicks. Something like ctrl click should enable dragging on demand. Also why it does not remove the space when there are less fish than the occupied space?

I'll reopen this as feature enhancement to the list for modifier key to interact.

For now you're going to have to turn off drag.

It doesn't remove space anymore when there are less to drag because of the way I implemented options to build panel from different directions. There is no way to set anchor points other than top left of the panel at the moment, so if it's not all there I can't set different build directions easily :(

Out of curiosity what's your reason / use case for always leaving drag on?
