More powerful info command

/info command currently returns information about a given ULID.

It could be extended to do more, but this opens issues regarding exfiltration of information.

For example, spying on blocked users, or getting information about messages/server details in a server one isn't supposed to be privy to.

This command could also be split off from /info, but these points still remain.

Message I sent in the AutoMod server w.r.t this:

with no arguments / replies (gets server info):

• server / GC / other person in dms name
• server / GC / other person in dms ULID
• ulid timestamp of above
• link to server icon
• link to server banner
• list of AutoMod' server-level permissions
• server owner (as a silent mention, if possible, otherwise dont include this)

with just a raw ULID argument:

• ULID timestamp

with a mentioned user as an argument:

• user ulid
• link to server pfp
• link to global pfp
• link to user banner
• join server timestamp
• join revolt timestamp
• list of roles the user has
• bot owner silent mention (if the user is a bot account, dont include if silent mentions are impossible)

with a mentioned channel as an argument:

• channel ulid
• channel creation timestamp
• link to channel icon
• list of AutoMod's permissions for that channel

with a reply or replies argument:

• message ulid(s)
• message timestamp(s)
• message masq pfp link
• all info about the sender as per user argument above

I'm thinking /info (ULID/@user) profile for a profile of a server, channel, user, role, or emoji. A profile would include much of the content seen in @solunareclipse1's comment above and vary depending on what is provided (server/channel/user/role/emoji).
