Description
Block Permutations Wiki Update
This is new proper way of rotating a block.

However the wiki still using method of minecraft:rotation
BUT,
minecraft:transformation were introduced now to rotate a block.
These were added minecraft:transformation:
Customies Wiki, are not well yet updated so far according to changes to the API. I hope the wiki will updated.
