Submit CPlot to Poggit #47

@ColinHDev

Description

@ColinHDev

Once the plugin left the development stage and version v1.0.0 is officially released, the plugin will follow semantic versioning.
Unlike now, where the plugin (and especially its internals) could change at any time breaking previous behaviour, the plugin then will be way more stable.

If that's the case, we can finally submit this plugin to poggit, so others can find and download it easier, and be sure that the plugin is safe, due to one of poggit's reviewers checking it.
(Although the process of the plugin getting accepted will take quite a while, probably one or two months. Especially since this plugin with its over 150 files will take a long time to review. So I will still use GitHub's release sections.)
