Could not install with pip

When I install the library with the following command: pip install cobo-python-api, it returns the following error:

(env) ➜  web3-test pip install cobo-python-api
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement cobo-python-api (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for cobo-python-api

My colleague has the same problem with me, can you reproduce it?
