OCI runtime exec failed: SCRIPT UPDATE!!

The script is backing up databases...well, all of them except one which I am into the script.
Downloading any of the databases for inspection on my desktop reveals no data; no tables, except for the message:

OCI runtime exec failed: exec failed: unable to start container process: exec: "/usr/bin/mysqldump": stat /usr/bin/mysqldump: no such file or directory: unknown

I execed into a Container thinking that mysqldump needs installing. After installation I ran the script again and the backup showed the same message.

None of the backups have data - only the OCI runtime exec failed: exec failed message!

I have solved one issue. Your script is for both mysql and mariadb - but mariabd now needs to use mariadb-dump.

Adding an if/or statement makes it work for both.

I changed out:
docker exec -e MYSQL_DATABASE=$MYSQL_DATABASE -e MYSQL_PWD=$MYSQL_PWD \ $i /usr/bin/mariadb-dump -u root $MYSQL_DATABASE \ | gzip > $BACKUPDIR/$i-$MYSQL_DATABASE-$(date +"%Y%m%d%H%M").sql.gz

for the following:

DUMP_CMD="/usr/bin/mariadb-dump"

DUMP_CMD="/usr/bin/mysqldump"

    $i $DUMP_CMD -u root $MYSQL_DATABASE \
    | gzip > $BACKUPDIR/$i-$MYSQL_DATABASE-$(date +"%Y%m%d%H%M").sql.gz

Both Mariadb and Mysql are now dumping with data.

I still have another issue though. My most critical database, which is in the same directory as the other databases, is not being picked up on!

I have tried adding the following but it is not working. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I added:
