Conclusion:
So in canon, "Geopolitical Stability" may implies that the country in the creator's imagination continues and counts as an approval "win" in to receive something positive ("World Peace!") from game as a whole ending, such as approval from game maker due maybe exciting "!" in "World Peace!", because the player had earned it.
