GeneratedMocks location

It it possible for GeneratedMocks to be saved in a location outside of derivedData?

Under my modules header, I've set the output key to a name. I did not have an output key value pair outside of my modules header.

[modules.SomeModule]
output = "GeneratedMocks+SomeModule.swift"

In addition, the generated mocks file doesn't follow the naming convention that I specified in my toml file. Any thoughts on what I can do?

Basically answered in #555, I'll see what I can do in improving this.
