Unable to load material from catalog

While loading material from catalog I'm getting error:

matId = axm.Materials.AddFromCatalog(axtlb.ndcEuroCode, "S 235")
OSError: exception: access violation reading 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFE

Everything else in examples work as expected.
