Run_Tahoe_Inference tutorial performance

Hi, @abhinadduri I follow with your tutorial Run_Tahoe_Inference , but find the performance is also lower with discussions in this issue, where MAE is around 0.05. However, the tuorial shows MAE=0.15, is there something wrong with the tutorial?

I also found there is no preprocess_infer process before inference in this tutorial Run_Tahoe_Inference. I tried add it and use the control_template file for inference, but didn't get better performance.

I'm also troubled by this issue. When I followed the tutorial and ran discrimination_score_l1, it only yielded 0.49. I noticed that the results provided in the tutorial itself were also 0.50. Could you please explain why this is happening?
