Do not use icons from cryptocompare

Some extensions such as Privacy Badger are blocking requests making the website look bad.

Also you want to have icons working even if cryptocompare does not work anymore.

Thirdly, you have some broken links such as https://cryptocompare.com/media/351995/gnt.png which would not happen if you had the icons locally.
