MENUS SHOULD NOT BE ALL IN UPPER CASE

EMULATION STATION MENUS SHOULD BE MIXED CASE, NOT UPPER CASE

Otherwise if feels like yelling. Did you feel that way reading this bug report?

A theme should be able to apply all upper case if desired. I'd appreciate it if the default theme uses mixed case instead of forceUppercase everywhere.
